Player Level I    Visualize – Means visualizing yourselves making the shot, removing the anxiety of "difficult" and "hard" shots by rising to the challenge of “ Why CAN I Make This Shot!” 
Awareness = Discovering Feelings and Perspectives.  Players begin the practice of noticing negative thought patterns.  The visualization comes from seeing the shift from a negative perspective to a positive perspective of infinite possibilities while in your pre-shot routine.  

Players receive tools to practice shifting-- specifically out of seeing the hazards and previous experiences during the pre-shot routine, into feeling the invigorating mentality of challenge in the current moment, and opening to the perspective,“ Why CAN I Make This Shot!” 

Pro Level II    Believe – Whether you make it or not isn’t important to the next shot.   Pros have awareness and belief they have the ability to make it.  This is based on perspective, confidence, as well as technical golf skills.   The Pro Level is owning responsibility and accountability for your own perspective, and believing the difference that will make in your golf game is real. 

Major Level III    Live – Living the practice of making the shot or not, while using the tools with your techniques, and putting it all together on the course.  Live it is also making the connection with golf as a metaphor for life, so the tools on the golf course can be utilized off the golf course.  The Major Level is making “the practice” of using your Mind Coach a habit in life.

Master Level IV    Know – Unconscious competence, “ Why CAN I Make This Shot!”  is naturally part of your pre-shot routine!  It all flows like the Michael Jordan expression, “In the zone.”  Enjoyment and serenity with your practice comes with the realization that the joy is in the journey without attachment to the outcome.  Mastery of Visualizing and Believing will improve your game of golf, as Living from a place of Knowing will improve all areas of your life.  This is Mastery.
